Responsibilities:

Job duties include filing, scanning, answering the phone, running errands, picking up the mail, and other duties as assigned. This position routinely works with confidential and sensitive information and must use discretion.

Status: 

Full-time, non-exempt, benefited

Working hours: 

8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday

Location:

Columbia, Missouri

Qualifications: 

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED and the ability to type 30 w.p.m. Must have familiarity with computer software programs including Microsoft Word. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing as well as understand and follow oral and written instructions. Experience with scanning documents is preferred but not necessary.

Starting Hourly Pay Rate: 

$15.18 - $16.12 per hour
