Boone County Upward Mobility

Community members are encouraged to join and participate in the Boone County Upward Mobility project to see move solutions forward surrounding affordable housing. Boone County's Upward Mobility project is an initiative aimed at increasing economic mobility from poverty and utilizes Results-Based Accountability (RBA) to drive equity-centered and data-informed decisions. RBA involves community stakeholders at each step of the planning process to guide implementation of intervention strategies identified by the community as part of a Mobility Action Plan. The Fair and Inclusive Housing workgroups will use the Boone County and City of Columbia Housing Study to guide next steps. Go to Upward Mobility to learn more and get involved.
