Flags to fly at half staff in honor of Guardsman
August 1, 2011
By order of Gov. Jay Nixon, all flags at all Missouri state and government offices statewide will be flown at half-staff for one full day on Tuesday, Aug. 2, from sunrise until sunset in memory of Spc. Jordan House, who died serving the citizens of Missouri while performing emergency duty service as a member of the Missouri National Guard.
