Coordinates the recruitment, hiring, and on-boarding processes for County offices and departments including job advertising, applicant managing, interview and candidate selection support for hiring authorities, welcoming and on-boarding new hires, and developing countywide training for both new hires and hiring authorities. Also responsible for coordinating employee retention and County culture development efforts, including designing and participating in employee recognition and engagement efforts, coordinating and conducting staff development training, hosting cross-office events, and monitoring and gathering data about employee satisfaction and turnover to help the County retain great employees.

Bachelor's degree in related discipline (e.g. human resources, business management, marketing, leadership development, adult education, public administration) or equivalent experience. Must have excellent communication, process improvement, and customer service skills as well as a strong ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Must possess a valid Operator's license.
